Is there a mistake on the vinyl when you draw a line 13.5 cm to 16cm please? Because 13.5 is too much
Fold the 37 width vinyl in half and point out 13.5 from that half. Thank you😄💕

Sorry for asking a year later. Hope you remember this project. Lol When you say you sewed the 8 pieces at 1/4", do you mean the sides that create the bubbled exterior or when you sewed them to the circles? Let me know if i make any sense. Thanks!
The seam allowance I used was 3/8 inch. I have no idea what the 1/4 inch was used for. I'm sorry I can't help you.😅😅
